FREE standard US shipping on all orders of $50 or more! All domestic orders under $50 are just $4 to ship. International shipping is not available at this time on AriaLoren.com, but please check back soon as it IS in the works for the future! International buyers CAN however purchase Aria Loren on Etsy at www.Etsy.com/AriaLorenCollected :) CHEERS!

Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

I want to make sure you love your Aria Loren products, so I am happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Send me an email with your order number to get the process started. Items being sent back for a refund must be in brand new, unused, & unworn condition. Please include all original packaging. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping associated with sending the product(s) back to me.

Once I receive your items, your refund for your returned product will be issued in the original payment method used minus shipping. If I receive items that are visibly worn, only Online Store Credit will be given and will also be subject to a 30% restock fee.***Have a bracelet that you need repaired? Send an email to: AriaLorenCollected@gmail.com to get the process started! I know things happen, and I want you to be comfortable letting me know! I want your bracelet to be in good wearable condition, NOT sitting broken or damaged and unwearable! PLEASE, let me know!! I want to help! I may need to swap out an existing piece for something new or restring it if it has stretched out. I am always happy to make these adjustments for you as needed.

 EXCHANGES:

I am more than happy to exchange your item within 7 days of delivery. I can only exchange your piece if it has not been worn and is in brand new condition. I do not exchange broken, damaged, or custom items. You will need to send me the original item, and in the original packaging if possible. Shipping costs in either direction will not be refunded, and you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the product(s) back to me.
